Product Description

     PPs flame retardant sheet, polypropylene extruded sheet is a plastic sheet made of PP resin added with various functional additives through extrusion, calendering, cooling, cutting and other processes. PP board is a semi-crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a higher melting point.

Features of PP Sheet:

1. Low density, easy to weld and process;
2. It has excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, non-toxic and odorless, and is one of the most environmentally friendly engineering plastics at present;
3. The main colors are beige and dark gray;
4. Acid and alkali resistant equipment, environmental protection equipment, waste water and exhaust gas emission equipment, scrubbers, clean rooms, semiconductor factories and related industrial equipment are also the first choice for manufacturing plastic water tanks. Among them, PP thick plates are most commonly used among stamping plates. Punch mattress board, etc.;
5. The material has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, rigidity, hardness, toughness, etc., good aging resistance, and good mechanical shock absorption ability;
