1.Working Principle:
wet scrubber system (also referred to as packed bed ,air stripping column/tower or packed column scrubbers) are designed for chemical scrubbing of contaminants from Hydrochloric acid mist treatment. Internal packing in the scrubber housing provides a large wetted surface area to induce intimate contact between the contaminated gas and the scrubbing liquid. The contaminant is then absorbed into or reacted with the scrubbing liquid. Recirculation of the scrubbing liquid, which may contain caustic or acid scrubbing agents, is often required to achieve the desired outlet emissions.

Wet packed scrubbers for the removal of corrosive, noxious and odourous gases from airstreams. Designed for high collection efficiency, maximum corrosion resistance. Scrubber design is characterized by low liquid irrigation rates, high volume air flow and low pressure drop.

5.Configuration: The vertical anticorrosion pump in the spray tank inside the tower body can be idled, no dry burning, no leakage and easy to maintain. The auxiliary water tank is controlled by floating ball, automatic water feeding and no manual maintenance
