FRP glass fiber reinforced plastic anti-corrosion centrifugal fan can be used in corrosive gas occasions to discharge corrosive acid and alkali waste gas. The gas it transports is not allowed to contain viscous substances, dust and hard particles less than or equal to 150mg/m3, gas temperature less than or equal to 60 degrees, and relative humidity less than or equal to 100%. FRP fans are widely used in industries such as textile printing and dyeing, precision electronics, semiconductor industry, chemical industry, medicine, food, electroplating, electric power, steel industry, metallurgy, electric power environmental protection, sewage treatment and other industries.


The Industrial Anti-corrosion FRP Centrifugal Fan produced by XOXHENG EP LTD. is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, casing support frame, belt, pulley, pulley cover, base and relative base, shock absorber and other parts equipped with motors. According to AMCA (North American Fluid Association) 210-85 test unit vibration in line with ISO2372 specifications. The maximum air volume of the FRP FRP anti-corrosion centrifugal fan can reach 150000CMH, high performance, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, energy saving, creating profits for you, and suitable for various working conditions.

According to different performance parameters, the impeller is composed of 8 to 36 airfoil-shaped blades inclined backward, a curved front cover plate and a flat rear disc, and is made of FRP. An annular reinforcing rib is added to the front cover plate to increase the strength of the impeller, and after the dynamic and static balance tests are corrected, the air performance is good, the efficiency is high, and the operation is stable.
The fan casing and impeller are made of pure glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) material, which has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, not easy to age, good corrosion resistance, low noise, and anti-static.

The position of the air outlet of the fan is 0°~315°, and the interval is 45°. The transmission mode can be designed as belt type, shaft type or direct transmission, which should be selected according to the working conditions on site.
The casing is uniformly made by screw pre-injection one-piece forming method to ensure the strength of the casing.
The air inlet is made of a horn shape as a whole and is installed on the side of the fan. The gap between the inlet and the impeller is less than 5mm, so that the gas can enter the impeller smoothly, reducing noise and performance loss. The contact surface between the inlet bell and the casing is flat to reduce leakage.
The fan is equipped with inspection holes and cleaning holes, which is convenient for daily inspection and cleaning.
The transmission part consists of a main shaft, a bearing seat, a rolling bearing, a pulley or a coupling.
