1.Working Principle:
CH4 H2S waste gas treatment wet scrubber (also referred to as packed bed ,air stripping column/tower or packed column scrubbers) are designed for chemical scrubbing of contaminants from gas streams. Internal packing in the scrubber housing provides a large wetted surface area to induce intimate contact between the contaminated gas and the scrubbing liquid. The contaminant is then absorbed into or reacted with the scrubbing liquid. Recirculation of the scrubbing liquid, which may contain caustic or acid scrubbing agents, is often required to achieve the desired outlet emissions.

Wet packed scrubbers for the removal of corrosive, noxious and odourous gases from airstreams. Designed for high collection efficiency, maximum corrosion resistance. Scrubber design is characterized by low liquid irrigation rates, high volume air flow and low pressure drop.
The horizontal wet scrubber is low in height and is suitable for installation in factory buildings and construction sites with limited height.
