Product Description

   Waste gases from industrial plants may contain environmentally harmful substances, which scrubbers can remove or neutralize.
Wet scrubbers are used to remove a variety of pollutants and dust particles from air, fuel gas or other gases.

   Wet scrubbing is accomplished by contacting the target compound or particulate matter with a scrubbing solution. Water is the most common solvent used to remove inorganic pollutants, especially dust, but reagent solutions specifically targeted to certain compounds are also available.
   Waste gases may also contain water-soluble toxic and/or corrosive gases, such as hydrochloric acid (HCl) or ammonia (NH 3 ). Wet scrubbers work well to remove these gases. Improved pollutant removal efficiency can be achieved by increasing the residence time in the scrubber or by increasing the surface area of the scrubber solution through the use of nozzles, packed towers or aspirators.

Principle of wet scrubber:

The scrubber body includes exhaust gas inlet, packing layer, spray sprinkler, defogging layer, window, discharge port, maintenance port, support and fixation inside the PP scrubber.
The industrial waste gas enters the tower and fully contacts with the cleaning liquid in the tower to produce changes to achieve the treatment and purification effect. It can remove impurities and dust, purify the gas, and finally meet the emission requirements. The purification tower as a whole includes a tower body, a filling layer, a defogging layer, a circulating sprinkler pipeline, and a circulating water tank.

1. Scrubbers are widely used in industrial waste gas treatment and dust removal;
2. Currently, it is the most commonly used and practical treatment equipment for industrial waste gas treatment such as acid and alkali, spray painting, printing, medicine, and hardware polishing;
3. It can effectively remove various industrial organic waste gases and inorganic industrial waste gas treatment such as HCL, HF, NH3, H2SO4, CrO3, HCN, NAOH, H2S, and HCHO
